How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at tabitha@ninas.studio. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags attached)
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
